3. Server-Logfiles

Bei jedem Aufruf unserer Website werden durch unseren Hosting-Anbieter automatisch technische Daten erhoben und in Server-Logfiles gespeichert:

• IP-Adresse des anfragenden Geräts
• Datum und Uhrzeit des Zugriffs
• Aufgerufene Seite / Datei
• Referrer-URL (zuvor besuchte Seite)
• verwendeter Browser, Betriebssystem, Sprache
• übertragene Datenmenge, HTTP-Statuscode

Zweck: Sicherstellung des technischen Betriebs, Fehleranalyse, Schutz vor Missbrauch und Angriffen.
Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (berechtigtes Interesse an einem fehlerfreien, sicheren Betrieb).
Speicherdauer: max. 14 Tage; danach automatische Löschung. Im Falle eines sicherheitsrelevanten Vorfalls länger, bis zum Abschluss der Untersuchung.

4. Hosting bei Netlify

Diese Website wird gehostet bei der Netlify, Inc., 44 Montgomery Street, Suite 300, San Francisco, CA 94104, USA.

Beim Aufruf der Website werden technische Verbindungsdaten (insbesondere IP-Adresse) an Server von Netlify übertragen, um die Auslieferung der Website zu ermöglichen.

Drittlandtransfer: USA. Die Datenübermittlung erfolgt auf Grundlage von EU-Standardvertragsklauseln nach Art. 46 Abs. 2 lit. c DSGVO sowie — soweit zertifiziert — auf Grundlage des EU-US Data Privacy Framework (Angemessenheitsbeschluss der EU-Kommission vom 10.07.2023).

5. Kontaktformular (Netlify Forms)

Wenn Sie unser Kontaktformular nutzen, werden folgende Daten verarbeitet:

• Name
• E-Mail-Adresse
• gewählte Service-Kategorie
• Inhalt Ihrer Nachricht

Die Übertragung und Speicherung der Formulardaten erfolgt über Netlify Forms (Netlify, Inc., USA). Die Daten werden uns per E-Mail bzw. über das Netlify-Dashboard zur Verfügung gestellt.

Zweck: Bearbeitung Ihrer Anfrage, Kontaktaufnahme, Erstellung eines Angebots.
Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO (vorvertragliche Maßnahmen) sowie Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (berechtigtes Interesse an effizienter Anfragenbearbeitung).
Speicherdauer: bis zu 12 Monate nach Abschluss der Korrespondenz; bei Vertragsabschluss gelten die gesetzlichen Aufbewahrungsfristen (insb. § 132 BAO — 7 Jahre für geschäftsrelevante Unterlagen).
Drittlandtransfer: USA, abgesichert durch Standardvertragsklauseln.

6. Schriftarten (Bunny Fonts)

Wir binden Webschriften über Bunny Fonts ein, einen datenschutzfreundlichen Schriftarten-Dienst der BunnyWay d.o.o., Cesta komandanta Staneta 4A, 1215 Medvode, Slowenien (EU).

Bunny Fonts wurde als DSGVO-konforme Alternative zu Google Fonts entwickelt. Es findet kein Tracking statt; IP-Adressen werden nicht protokolliert oder zu Profilbildung verwendet. Die Auslieferung erfolgt über CDN-Server innerhalb der EU.

Zweck: einheitliche und ansprechende Darstellung der Website ohne Übermittlung personenbezogener Daten in Drittstaaten.
Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (berechtigtes Interesse an einer professionellen Darstellung).
Drittlandtransfer: keiner — Verarbeitung ausschließlich innerhalb der EU.

7. Cookies und Local Storage

Diese Website verwendet keine Tracking-, Analyse- oder Marketing-Cookies. Es werden keine Daten zu Werbe- oder Analysezwecken erhoben.

Wir verwenden ausschließlich technisch notwendigen Local Storage Ihres Browsers:

• nyrox-lang — Speicherung Ihrer ausgewählten Sprache (EN, DE, FR), damit die Website beim nächsten Besuch in der bevorzugten Sprache angezeigt wird.

Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (berechtigtes Interesse an einer komfortablen Nutzung); für rein technisch notwendige Speicherung ist gemäß § 165 Abs. 3 TKG 2021 keine Einwilligung erforderlich.
Speicherdauer: bis zur manuellen Löschung durch den Nutzer. Sie können den Local Storage jederzeit über die Einstellungen Ihres Browsers entfernen.

8. Empfänger und Auftragsverarbeiter

Wir geben Ihre personenbezogenen Daten nur an folgende Empfänger weiter:

• Netlify, Inc. (USA) — Hosting und Formular-Verarbeitung; Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrag (DPA) abgeschlossen, Standardvertragsklauseln
• BunnyWay d.o.o. (Slowenien, EU) — Bereitstellung von Webschriften via Bunny Fonts CDN; Verarbeitung innerhalb der EU

Eine darüber hinausgehende Weitergabe an Dritte erfolgt nicht, sofern wir nicht gesetzlich dazu verpflichtet sind oder Sie ausdrücklich eingewilligt haben.

9. Übermittlung in Drittländer

Im Rahmen des Hostings (Netlify) werden personenbezogene Daten in die USA übermittelt. Diese Übermittlung erfolgt auf Grundlage von:

• EU-Standardvertragsklauseln nach Art. 46 Abs. 2 lit. c DSGVO
• EU-US Data Privacy Framework (Angemessenheitsbeschluss der EU-Kommission, Beschluss (EU) 2023/1795)
• zusätzlichen technischen und organisatorischen Maßnahmen (HTTPS-Verschlüsselung, Zugangsbeschränkung)

Webschriften werden über Bunny Fonts ausschließlich innerhalb der EU verarbeitet; ein Drittlandtransfer findet hierfür nicht statt.

Ihnen stehen gegenüber dem Verantwortlichen folgende Rechte hinsichtlich der Sie betreffenden personenbezogenen Daten zu:

3. Server Log Files

Each visit to our website is automatically logged by our hosting provider. The following technical data is collected:

• IP address of the requesting device
• date and time of access
• page / file requested
• referrer URL
• browser, operating system, language
• amount of data transferred, HTTP status code

Purpose: ensuring technical operation, error analysis, protection against misuse and attacks.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in error-free, secure operation).
Storage period: max. 14 days; thereafter automatic deletion. Longer in case of a security-relevant incident, until the investigation is completed.

4. Hosting via Netlify

This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 44 Montgomery Street, Suite 300, San Francisco, CA 94104, USA.

When you access the website, technical connection data (in particular the IP address) is transmitted to Netlify servers in order to deliver the website.

Third-country transfer: USA. Data transfer is based on EU Standard Contractual Clauses pursuant to Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR and — where certified — on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (EU Commission adequacy decision of 10 July 2023).
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

If you use our contact form, the following data is processed:

• selected service category
• content of your message

The transmission and storage of form data is handled via Netlify Forms (Netlify, Inc., USA). Data is provided to us by email and via the Netlify dashboard.

Purpose: processing of your inquiry, contact, preparation of a quote.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in efficient inquiry handling).
Storage period: up to 12 months after the conclusion of correspondence; in the case of a contract, statutory retention periods apply (in particular § 132 BAO — 7 years for business-relevant documents).
Third-country transfer: USA, secured by Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Web Fonts (Bunny Fonts)

We embed web fonts via Bunny Fonts, a privacy-friendly font service operated by BunnyWay d.o.o., Cesta komandanta Staneta 4A, 1215 Medvode, Slovenia (EU).

Bunny Fonts was developed as a GDPR-compliant alternative to Google Fonts. There is no tracking; IP addresses are not logged or used for profiling. Delivery takes place via CDN servers located within the EU.

Purpose: consistent and appealing display of the website without transferring personal data to third countries.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in professional presentation).
Third-country transfer: none — processing exclusively within the EU.

This website uses no tracking, analytics, or marketing cookies. No data is collected for advertising or analytics purposes.

We use exclusively technically necessary Local Storage in your browser:

• nyrox-lang — stores your selected language (EN, DE, FR) so the site is displayed in your preferred language on subsequent visits.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in convenient use); for purely technically necessary storage, no consent is required pursuant to § 165(3) TKG 2021.
Storage period: until manual deletion by the user. You can remove the local storage at any time via your browser settings.

8. Recipients and Processors

We share your personal data only with the following recipients:

• Netlify, Inc. (USA) — hosting and form processing; Data Processing Agreement (DPA) concluded, Standard Contractual Clauses
• BunnyWay d.o.o. (Slovenia, EU) — delivery of web fonts via Bunny Fonts CDN; processing within the EU

No further disclosure to third parties takes place unless we are legally obliged to do so or you have explicitly consented.

9. Transfers to Third Countries

As part of hosting (Netlify), personal data is transferred to the USA. This transfer is based on:

• EU Standard Contractual Clauses pursuant to Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR
• EU-US Data Privacy Framework (EU Commission adequacy decision, Decision (EU) 2023/1795)
• additional technical and organizational measures (HTTPS encryption, access restriction)

Web fonts via Bunny Fonts are processed exclusively within the EU; no third-country transfer takes place for this purpose.

10. Your Rights as a Data Subject

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Nous intégrons les polices web via Bunny Fonts, un service de polices respectueux de la vie privée exploité par BunnyWay d.o.o., Cesta komandanta Staneta 4A, 1215 Medvode, Slovénie (UE).

Bunny Fonts a été développé comme alternative conforme au RGPD à Google Fonts. Aucun suivi n'a lieu ; les adresses IP ne sont ni journalisées ni utilisées à des fins de profilage. La diffusion s'effectue via des serveurs CDN situés dans l'UE.

Finalité : affichage cohérent et soigné du site sans transfert de données personnelles vers des pays tiers.
Base légale : Art. 6(1)(f) RGPD.
Transfert vers un pays tiers : aucun — traitement exclusivement au sein de l'UE.

• BunnyWay d.o.o. (Slovénie, UE) — fourniture des polices web via le CDN Bunny Fonts ; traitement au sein de l'UE

Aucune divulgation supplémentaire à des tiers n'a lieu, sauf obligation légale ou consentement explicite de votre part.

9. Transferts vers des pays tiers

Dans le cadre de l'hébergement (Netlify), des données personnelles sont transférées aux USA. Ce transfert repose sur :

• les clauses contractuelles types de l'UE selon l'art. 46(2)(c) RGPD
• le EU-US Data Privacy Framework (décision (UE) 2023/1795)
• des mesures techniques et organisationnelles supplémentaires (chiffrement HTTPS, restrictions d'accès)

Les polices web via Bunny Fonts sont traitées exclusivement au sein de l'UE ; aucun transfert vers un pays tiers n'a lieu à cet effet.

Vous disposez des droits suivants concernant vos données personnelles :

Nous prenons les mesures techniques et organisationnelles appropriées :
